My wife and I bicycled along the Tomifobia Trail, which runs from Ayer's Cliff to Stanstead in the Provence of Quebec, when we came across this wonderful restaurant. My wife was rather exhausted so she just hung out by their garden on some comfortable chairs - they even brought her water and magazines to read while waiting. Later when I returned after some more bicycling, we enjoyed dinner. It was superb - the best we have experienced anywhere. As earlier, the service was excellent - but not intrusive. It started with some local wine for her and beer for me. Our local local salads of uncooked vegetables in a light sauce were fresh and delicately seasoned. I ordered couscous with vegetables and was doubly pleased - it met my expectations for a vegetarian dish - it wasn't the standard pasta premavera usually grudgingly offered by too many restaurants which don't really care about vegetarians AND it was very tasty and ample (I had worked up an appetite). My wife's salmon was similarly excellent. We topped it all off with deserts - she had a crepe with orange sauce and I chocolate cake - a perfect ending. We were satiated and energized for our ride back to the hotel.
